Job Responsibilities:

Review daily operating finance activity and resolve issues with business owners

Review collections status with specialists and resolve escalation cases

Review and grant finance approval for new projects for Enterprise, SME, and Ancillary business lines; monitor performance of existing projects vs budget

Review financial performance of each business, discuss variance analyses vs past periods and budget

Ensure that monthly taxes are calculated and filed accurately and on-time

Conduct preaudit prep and audit field work

Control chart of accounts and process for each business line covered; report variances to finance manager

Ad hoc reporting to support finance and other functions

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or in a related field.

At least 3-5 years experience working as a finance associate.

Preferably some one with logistics background

Proficiency in integrated financial management software

Extensive knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and applicable tax codes.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Superb organizational and time-management skills
