Job details:

1. Achieve customer growth and retention targets, including identifying expansion opportunities

2. Drive revenue and growth with Kargo/Panthera customers

3. Develop and execute against strategic account plans for customers

4. Analyse customer data and share insights both internally and externally, as applicable

5. Develop and distribute strategic customer reporting

6. Lead account-based programs / project management initiatives

7. Drive data. Ability to break down high level business problems into concrete analytical solutions.

8. Execute on shared account on-boarding process and framework with other key partners; including business development and operations

9. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

10. Operate across cross-functional teams to execute programs and deliver exceptional service.

11. Liaise with multiple stakeholders in the company to solve shippers' problems.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of account management experience

2. Consistent track record of on-boarding, retaining and growing customers

3. Exceptional Excel/Data management skills

4. Strong operations or detailed account management experience (comfortable diving into the details)

5. Demonstrated ability to build trust with both internal and external stakeholders

6. Self directed and proactive approach to work - adept at working in highly dynamic environments

7. Creative thinker able to develop new internal processes and to push our customers to think differently

Nice to have:

- Transportation or other logistics industry experience a plus

- Technology industry and startup experience a plus

- SQL experience a plus

  • Preferably someone with FMCG background
