What you will be doing as Logistics SaaS Product Support Specialist:

  • Attend online or offline meetings for NFT product demo
  • Internal training for product-related feature update
  • Recap product-related feature requests
  • Communicate feature requests internally to ES team & PM
  • Biweekly Sales Funnel Recap


  • Own motorbike and Android phone
  • OK with high intensity of daily commuting.
  • Excellent communication skill and preferably presentation skill as well
  • Preferably male with at least 1 year of experience working with B2B SaaS products / digital platforms in customer-facing roles
