Job details:

  • Build a pipeline of prospective transporter & shippers and initiate contact
  • Present Kargo Tech Financing to transporter & shippers and educate shippers on Kargo Tech’s technology platform
  • Lead all angles of partnership process from initial contact to agreement signing
  • Build quotations of financing, manage contract negotiations
  • Elicit repeat business including new, profitable ways of working together with shippers
  • Liaise with operations team to ensure that all deliveries are successfully done
  • Maintain on-time AR payments and liaise with external & internal finance teams to achieve that
  • Achieve partnerships won, shipment volume and revenue objectives


  • 5-7 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in acquiring and onboarding new accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven sales, account management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
