• Manage and record employee request (such as booking meeting room, operational request, etc) and manage the pantry, stationary, office asset at HO. COVID-19 Response Team that make sure all room available and used based on Health Protocol.
  • Documentation of incoming and outgoing documents and packages in HO and distribute to related departments; Update Vendor Management Database.
  • Coordinate with Building Management (BM) in Plaza Asia for vendor work permit such as permit for large and massive of items.
  • Manage and handle complaint from employees related to Office Services.
  • Manage and update Business Travel Database and its supporting document.
  • File scanned copy and original documents
