What you will be doing as Logistics SaaS - NFT Business Development Specialist:

  • You will approach potential customers and help solve their operational problems through our SaaS platform
  • You will train customers and their team members on how to use the SaaS platform
  • You will build relationships with customers, gain their trust, and be a problem-solving partner for them
  • You will provide support for customer inquiries related to our SaaS product
  • You will assess, escalate, & log product-related issues from our users once they adopt the product
  • You will represent external clients / users' voices to advocate for our Product Manager when validating value propositions, product strategy and go to market strategy with the functional team


  • Previous experience as vendor acquisition associates or equivalent in logistics company
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree from a reputable local or overseas university
  • Preferably 2-5 years of experience working with B2B SaaS products / digital platforms in customer-facing roles
  • Proficient in verbal and written English and Bahasa languages skills
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both internal and external groups
  • Ability to translate technical concepts and instructions into non-technical terms for internal and external communication and with customers
  • Consistent experience exceeding quotas and proven as a top performer.
  • Proven new business cultivation and prospecting within a set client list; comfort and success in prospecting.
  • Transportation or other logistics industry experience involving recent history of embracing new technology is a plus, not required.
  • Demonstrated experience selling multiple products/programs and bringing new solutions to market.
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding new business targets through outbound sales methods (e.g. cold-calling, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • High energy and strong desire to achieve top results with a positive can-do attitude over the phone and in person.
