Job Description:

  1. Calling with new shipper
  2. 25 call per day (cold leads)
  3. Coordinate with internal to get pricing for new RFQ
  4. Negotiating RFQ to the shipper
  5. Meeting with internal for preparation before first shipment
  6. Maintain new shipper to get repetitive shipment
  7. Created leads for 50 leads per weeks
  8. Reporting pipeline in internal meeting
  9. Doing Sales Monthly Report


  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. 1-2 years of new sales / business development experience in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Proven new business cultivation and prospecting within a set client list; comfort and success in prospecting.
  4. Export-Import, Transportation or other logistics industry experience involving recent history of embracing new technology is a plus, not required.
  5. High energy and strong desire to achieve top results with a positive can-do attitude over the phone and in person.
  6. Startup experience is a strong plus
  7. Fluency in English is a a strong plus
  8. Passion for innovation, problem solving, and flexibility to drive business at scale.
  9. Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
