Job Responsibilities:

  1. Create & improving clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations
  2. Craft and send emails with information about the company and position and manage coordination and communication for new joiner
  3. Managing Probation Review process including coordination with users
  4. Manage Off boarding process
  5. Detailing Learning & Development Program Operations
  6. Competencies detailing with alignment to career path
  7. Build annual training program and prepare timeline
  8. Develop handouts, instructional materials, and manuals/guidelines
