What you'll be doing as Sales Support:

  • Maintain and Update Sales and Customer records
  • Develop monthly Sales Reports
  • Communicate important feedback from Customer's data internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a PPIC or Sales Administrator
  • Hands on experience with CRM software, MS Excel & Google Spreadsheet
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • A team player with high level of dedication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Logistic background will be plus
