Job Description:

  1. Maintaining daily movement of every projects
  2. Own functional data of every projects and promptly updated
  3. Responsible for maintaining relationship of every customer
  4. Reporting every projects on weekly basis to Manager
  5. Manage customer portfolio, service relationship, cross-selling product and services
  6. Analyze customer business profile to drive transaction number and revenue
  7. Monitor retention rate of existing customer transaction
  8. Keep track and ensure effective way of daily operational target as required

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Experience on logistic for 1-3 years
  3. Understand Ms. Office
  4. Pay attention to detail
  5. Customer oriented
  6. Fluency in English in a plus
