Job Description:

  • Gaining new leads from specific market leads by market and shipper profiling
  • Capture new leads opportunity and maintain progress
  • Engage with higher-level sponsors in new leads such as Procurement Manager, Logistic Manager, and Head of Supply Chain
  • Catch up meeting with Supply, Support, OPS, Finance
  • Identify new leads problem & be solution driven
  • Closing new leads
  • Weekly meeting with other function in regional & other team
  • Internal weekly Supply and Demand Meeting
  • Doing forecast as supply & ops preparation
  • Data-for-Action analysis for internal & external stakeholders
  • Weekly demand forecast
  • Regularly visit new leads and build good relationship
  • Team Meeting
  • Making presentation for MBR
  • Bucket List Demand - Supply forecast & evaluation
  • On Boarding New shipper meeting

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from reputable university
    • Minimum 2 year experience have experience in inland transportation role, work in trucking company or 3PL
    • Startup experience is a strong plus
    • Fluency in English is a a strong plus
    • Passion for innovation, problem solving, and flexibility to drive business at scale.
    • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self motivated, coachable, and resilient attitude
