Job Description:

  • Establishing a structured and standardised processes for our post shipment team
  • Audit all the existing process of Post Shipments Activity
    • [AP] Audit invoice trackers and process
    • [AP / AR] Create dashboard analytics
    • [AP / AR] Handle escalations
    • [AP/AR] Weekly Catch Up

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferably people who are familiar with creating invoice for transporters and invoicing to shipper
  • Experience in handling a team
  • Had the exposure of friction handling / customer support
  • Familiar with GSuite (or excel, Gsheet, Ms Word), have a thorough knowledge of excel, spreadsheets
  • At least 1 year experience in similar field
  • Detail oriented
  • English is a plus
